These terms are written in plain language. Please read them — they explain what you can expect from Culacc and what we expect from you.
Culacc is a cloud storage service operated by Andrej, an individual based in Slovakia, European Union. You can contact us at andrej@culacc.com.
Culacc provides online file storage, sharing, and related tools. You get 5 GB of storage free, with the option to purchase additional storage. We do our best to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or zero data loss — please keep backups of important files.
To use Culacc you must create an account. You are responsible for:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Card payments are processed by Stripe and renew automatically each month or year depending on your chosen plan. You can cancel at any time from your billing page.
Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments and are billed as a one-time annual charge. Renewal is manual — we will send you reminder emails before expiry.
All prices are shown in EUR. As an EU-based service, prices include any applicable taxes where required by law.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a paid plan. If you experience a technical issue caused by us, contact us and we will resolve it fairly.
When your paid plan expires your storage quota returns to the free 5 GB tier. Your files are not deleted immediately — you have 90 days to download your data or renew your plan. After 90 days, files exceeding the 5 GB free quota are permanently deleted, oldest files first. You will receive warning emails at 30, 14, 7, and 83 days after expiry.
You own your files. We do not claim any rights over the content you store. We will never sell, share, or use your files for any purpose other than providing the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary unavailability of the service.
Culacc is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by Slovak and EU law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Important: Always keep independent backups of files that matter to you. Cloud storage is convenient but should not be your only copy of critical data.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Slovakia. As an EU resident you also have rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.
